Add 3 captcha and fix a form (not showing fields correctly for IE 10- versions)

Hello, I've checked the pages you've linked. The issue with IE10- is that those older versions doesn't support the placeholder tag which is used in these pages. This can be fixed with javascript (I would prefer to use jQuery for the job). Regarding the captcha: Do you have any special requirements for the captcha?
