Add Features to YouTuberGalaxy

We need somebody who can add a Userarea to a website with the following Features: A Musiclist (+ Adminpanel) A Randomscript A Forum A Chatt (like the Chatt in Freelancer) A Userprofile (+ Userpanel to change the Datas) Everything is planned and the Forms are already planned, even which Databasetype and length. We haven't got a high budget, I hope you are interested. Details: Forum like that one: [login to view URL] (made by another freelancer who didn't finish anything) Musiclist: [login to view URL] (You should manage this site on a adminpanel, add a Topic, and songs in that Topic) Chatt: Pretty the Same chatt like in Freelancer (You should have a chatt list, with all online Users, and 3 Chattrooms, that the admin can create or delete on the adminpanel) Randomlist: Form1 - A Formular that you fill out and it get sendet in to the database Form2 - Can select a criterium and gets a random Form1 that another person filled out Game: (30 Characters) Theme: (Let's Play, Commentary, Gameplay, V-Log, Interview, anderes) Duration: (5 Characters) YouTube-Name: (30 Characters) Subscribers: (10 Characters) Voice: (Kindisch, Höher, Stimmbruch, Tief) Gamername: (30 Characters) Idea-Description: (200 Characters) <Send> (Button to add a record) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Other form to get the record from F1 is: Theme: (Let's Play, Commentary, Gameplay, V-Log, Interview, anderes) <Search> ( You get a random Form out of the criterium you selected) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Profile isn't important yet.
