Add A Custom Project Page To My Joomla Website

I want add a section to my website for Active Projects. In this section I want to post my new projects and within every project page I want to be able list information about the project (like contract value , scope of work etc) I want the ability to be able to add multiple attachments. The information page will be used for marketing of the new projects. I'll need the following abilities;
