Hello.
I am in charge of creating a website for my school which is pretty much a social media site, but only for the school. It needs to have:
A forum (Where people can post videos ,images files and so on)
Administrator panel.
The ability to promote teachers to administrators.
Being able to create accounts via a facebook account.
Catchapa (Or whatever it is called) for every time you log in and send a pm..
And the administrators needs to have full permission to look into chat messages, private messages and so on.
The budget that the school has set it to is approx 100$
Just contacted the school, budget is raised to $200.
