dating website add another feature (speed dating)

i own a dating website and would like to add another feature called (speed dating) on the front page between buddypress and blog this is my website [login to view URL] under speed date it should be women and men when you click on either one it will take you to a page witch are active members. active member profile should have an icon on top picture says live . when any member like to speed date with other member he would click on live icon on member picture. it will ask the other member if he accept if so he accept. it will take both of them to a chat page called speed date which on the right is both cams up and down and left is text chat .
