correspondents portal - repost

it is a news portal, so beside the usual news portal functions: correspondents can apply to, get selected, and then be able to create a report from their own(upload Video + pictures +audio add text ..etc) or they could pick a report assignment from a list. they should be able to communicate with admins (different leverages levels of admins) or if one of the assignments needs a team, an admin could create the team and they should be able to collaborate and communicate) since there are multiple open source solutions for editing videos on the web, we will need an efficient page that a user -from withing the report- could choose to edit online, and then select the clips/audio/pics that he/she have uploaded in the report and pre-load them in the video editing page, in addition to the portal what mark and introductory clip. admins could view a report in editing page and suggest changes. - admins on multiple level expect full control - many notification emails will be sent for example (before report due date, registration, report approval request ect) - on every step of the way, there should be links and videos explaining how the site work, and how the reports are made. we are expecting a modern clean look, portal will be in ((((Arabic)))) the mobile version is as important as the web version. I'll ignore general bids, and focus on those who read till this line.
