Design Cloud based software user interface

The software is for Financial Planning practices - a Salesforce/Infusionsoft, CRM, Advice and Revenue management tool. This is an urgent project and would like the work completed ASAP. All we really need is to improve the design from what we have currently - the layout and consistent design framework. I have a brand guidelines but don't have to stick to these necessarily, Green/Grey/White - clean and simplistic. [login to view URL] top banner/menu - logo branding, tools banner. (taking into account the AdviserIntel logo will be replaced (white-labeled) by our client's logo. 2. The secondary level of menu (if we do tabs across the top of a side menu bar taking into account with tabs across the top we have a lot of these) so need a consistent menu bar probably at the side to accommodate lots of submenu items / tabs. 3. The fields / form tables for the CRM needs improvement. Attached are screenshots of the design and below is a link to a framework we like.
