Content Managment Template

I would like to see about getting my website (HTML) converted over to a content management type of site. Perhaps Joomla or php... [login to view URL] I will need to have a database for tracking sales & points earned for customers. I would like the appearance to be a close as possible to the link above. My current site is [login to view URL] but I do not wish to build it as an html. It will have to many pages... Also not all sections will need a right nav bar block option. Some will and some will not. ;) Please provide some of your most recent works that would compare to what I am looking for & your prices. I am not in a huge rush for it, but would like to at least be able to update sections of it from the template, as we build it. I can produce all PSD files for the conversion.
