Configurate database with picture for Magento

Hi freelender !! I have a web [login to view URL], I want modificate the data base. In the first place, delete all the data base of the web [login to view URL] 2 place configurate my data base with magento database. Configurate picture with magento, this pictures are upload in magento folder, media/export 3 configurate my products in main categories, categories and subcategories Other change is configurate the price more the tax , tax in Spain is 21 % price product increasy 40 % Please quoation about this, look the proyect. product is aproximate 9000 product, more and less.
