Hi, I am requiring someone to write an educational gaming tool to be used in the high school physics classroom. The game "applet" would require a user interface which acts as a simulation tool for engineering and science concepts. The "aim" of the game is to encourage students to use a digital model of real astronomy instruments to complete various tasks. A specific example would be "adjusting a telescope to find a star". Platform is negotiable - preferably PC, but iDevices are also an option. All scientific and engineering background, as well as aesthetic guidance, will be provided. Your requirement would be to take this information and produce a functioning user interface. PHP, though mentioned in "related skills", is not essential - programming language open to suggestion. Apologies if this project outline sounds vague - more information will be disclosed upon successful bidding (no hard feelings if the task is somehow no longer suitable after disclosure of this information).
