We are a very small not-for-profit radio club with a very limited budget. We'd like to have a web-based system to enable us to better manage our club. Specifically, we would like the following features:
- Ability to add/manage/remove responsibility centers (cost centers) and their owners (each responsibility center will have only one owner)
- Ability for responsibility center owners to add/delegate authority to other users on the system for their responsibility center
- Ability to submit expense claims against responsibility centers, with appropriate approvals (approval by responsibility center charged)
- Ability to process cross-charges between responsibility centers (e.g. Responsibility Center A can charge Responsibility Center B's budget for $200)
- Ability for deposits of budget into each responsibility center by authorized users (club treasurer)
- Audit log for all financial transactions, including date, time, User ID, details on transactions (notes, explanation, etc.)
- Ability for responsibility center owners to review reports on transactions, balance, etc. of each responsibility center they either own or have been delegated responsibility for.
- Basic asset management system including asset tag number, asset type (e.g. Radio, Antenna, etc.), Make, Model, Status (Active/Disposed/etc.), custodian (system user) and current location - this feature is low priority.
This would need to be written in PHP and MySQL and be hosted on our public website server.
