Build a simple Website using bootstrap

Hi freelancer I'm looking for experienced freelanced in bootstrap to build our website, the project so simple, I need a simple theme for a freelance website in french language, Hire someone button, sign in and log in buttons including contact and how it work. We don't look for professional design, all we need simple design and easy to use website, In home page display all the new project released. Admin page should be simple as well and should be in french language, the admin have the control to add update to the website and consult private message box, deleting or adding new project.
