Build a lottery website

I need a website to be built similar to the template in [login to view URL] ** ** Main problem I am having is to get the graphics and making the pages much brighter and beautification etc. If you can do graphics and sharp images I think code is not at all a big deal for this project. It is mainly simple html, css, php. Here are the points: 1) This website would be for lottery and not poker. 2) You will need graphics for lottery to replace the poker graphics in the above link. 3) Home page would basically just have some basic info and write up with small module and links to various lottery games. For example: [login to view URL] -- see how there are sections that are that show number of winners, News of latest winners etc. I would like to link games here. 4) Clicking on each game would take me to a separate page allocated for the game. 5) This inner page will host winning numbers of the last draw. 6) That would mean, the template should allow me to add as many games as possible. So, keep in mind that it should be generic. 7) Numbers would be saved in a table in the database and will be got from there. Let me know how much you think you would take.
