I need someone to build a very quick and cheap website on it to post up our goldfish price list..... the goal here is speed ..... we need the site to load fast .... to start I want just a landing page that has a customer sign up .... so it will feature our logo and a place to fill in your email address... and a few other fill out questions..... are you a store owner ..... how did you hear about us .... and so on .... in the top corner there will be a place to log in ..... we will need to approve customers before they are able to log in so they won't just automatically be able to sign in .... they will need to fill out the questionnaire and then we will manually assign them a password .... email it to them and then they will be able to sign in ........ we will need the only other page to be our price list which will be a web form.... no pictures .... pretty much just an excel spreadsheet they can fill out and hit submit .... once submitted these orders will need to logged somewhere and emailed to us
thats it simple as pie .... the idea is to not over complicate this ..... this website needs to be simple.... fast .... and cheap!
