Build a Website in WordPress

Hello everyone, my name is Di, I have a new website, www.dropshipasia.com. I am looking for someone that can build me a site that is a near identical clone to [login to view URL] This site needs to be in wordpress: this will be a continuing partnership as i will be needing a lot of additions and features as I grow. I need it do be a site that allows users to log in as either a buyer or seller each with different levels. SELLER: - all users will be subject to a monthly fee and a % of sale fee (fully adjustable by me) - A full and customizable profile of their company, info, logo (no contact details available to buyers only to me along with under their profile a sellers store with their own categories. - they will need to post products and the fields must be customizable, at the moment we need the following fields: title, simple description, full description, cost of product, bulk discount pricing with quantity requirements, MSRP, shipping costs to all countries they will ship to, quantity available and photos that are at lease 500x500 pixels. (feature product purchase, bold header and other extra paid features) - levels of service which allows me to limit number of products listed or services such as featured products - they need to keep a detailed selling history with a simple to look at per buyer along with showing each product where it was shipped to (as drop shipping will have it that each product will be shipped to a different address). BUYER: - all users will be subject to a monthly fee (fully adjustable by me) - Full profile of them as a user, and their company along with logos, photos, again all contact info is hidden from other users but available to me. - Purchase history, must be able to view all purchase history along with their clients info. (as buyers they are reselling the products to their customers, i want them to be able to see their customers information a long with the purchase history for each customer) GENERAL/ADDITIONAL: - Coupons/discounts: I need to be able to offer coupons or discounts or credits to accounts, as an example, anyone who preregisters with us will receive a 10% discount for life of all services they use with us. - Communication: the site must have a messenger feature which allows me or my staff to speak with them, i want a feature much like on: Here you can see who is available to help, their name, bio and photo along with what time they are there to work and help and who will be starting later and at what time. then the user can contact us for tech support, customer service and more. - Communication #2: I want a way for buyer and seller to talk to each other but able to monitor so they are not sharing email addresses or messenger details to make deals outside of the sit. -Affiliate: both buyers and sellers need to have affiliate program where if they get people to join and signup they will receive either a % of sales or monthly % of the monthly fees or flat rate, or a mix of choices. -Affiliate #2: different levels of the affiliate program so those who bring in more people get bonuses, or they are entered into a drawing to win prizes. a list of each person that they get to sign up must available for them to see in their profile along with how much they are getting for each person (individually and total) - Payments, all payments at this time will be through Paypal and must have a way to do monthly automatic recurring payments.
