Bitcoing / Litecoin Exchange

There are two parts of this project:- 1. I need a Bitcoin and Litecoin Exchange Website, which enables the visitor to exchange Bitcoins for a currency. The currency one should be able to exchange bitcoins are all the currencies available on mtgox.com. Now the exchange quotes should be updated on a daily basis at 0000 GMT hrs and the exchange amount will also include a processing fee (which will be our additional commission), for example the current rate to buy 1 bitcoin is $700.00, then one needs to pay $700 plus the processing fee. A visitor should be able to use all the available methods for exchanging bitcoins. 2. You should not only design the website but also promote the website and do the maintenance of the website on a regular basis. Now the payments can be done in two ways:- 1. I pay you a lumpsump amount once you have designed the website and keep on paying you fixed monthly maintenance amount. 2. You and I work out on a partnership wherein, I pay you a fixed percentage of profit every month. Now, I want people who worked on such project before and they should convince me with a business plan, of how do they plan to complete and promote the website.
