Bingo Website Opportunity

PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE BIDDING. This is an excellent opportunity to the right freelancer. I am offering a 45% share of my new Online Casino Gaming Company in return for making the website and all fully functioning functions. DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT $$$ UPFRONT. Please bid the minimum price if you would like this opportunity. This will be a long term partnership, a legal agreement will need to be made by freelancer/company that takes this project so terms are clearly outlined. This will only be available for UK users to begin with. The First Section: BINGO I need a freelancer or company to make an up-to date BINGO application. The end user(s) will need to be able to deposit money into their own account, from there, they will be able to play a variety of bingo games costing different amounts from 10p to £5.00. The prize pot will be 90% of the amount that has been made from purchasing cards for the game. Users can have a maximum of 16 cards per game. Winners will be random. Winnings will be: 1 Line: 15% of Prize Pot 2 Lines 20% of Prize Pot Full House 65% of Prize Pot. The site needs to be near the top of Google, SEO needs to be done. I need an admin panel that has lots of different features. Bingo Stats like Total Amount wagered, Total amount of winnings, Total amount of profit the site is making, Number of users etc.. Functions to monitor each users accounts, logs of all games played, a function to refund a user if necessary. Marketing: Need a function to send HTML emails with some preset layouts already available. Need to be able to send to all users in the Database. Also the site needs to be able to send each user an email every 3 days to remind them to come back and play, showing their current balance, etc.. I'm sure if you have made something similar before you will know all the features that work. Just to reiterate: I will only pay the minimum payment through freelancer once the project has been awarded and once the freelancer has made satisfactory progress. Do not Bid over the minimum bid, eg £20.00 This is an opportuntity for a freelancer or company that wants 45% of the Total Profit of the website.
