Auto Parts website required using zencart

I recently purchased a very small business that sells parts for the Chrysler Valiant, a popular Australian car made between 1962 and 1984. The business has a very basic website at the moment; just a downloadable catalogue. I contracted someone recommended by a friend but after quoting me 2 weeks and $200 it has still not been finished almost a year later. Almost all of the code has been done and the website was actually functioning and almost complete when a HDD failure lost all his work and he told me he would not have time to complete it. I need someone to pick up where he left off and finish this website for me. The Good: The existing website is to be completely replaced; you do not need to work around the existing design. Most of the coding has been done All of the artwork will be supplied by me I can show you exactly what it should look like The website is basic as it has a retro theme You do not have to enter any products, I will do that I will need someone on an ongoing basis to make changes to the site as required, for which you will also be paid You do not need to know anything about cars The Bad: I do not have the completed files yet so don't know anything about them. This may be an easy project or it could be only slightly easier than starting from scratch. I do not know as I have not seen the files. When I see them I will show you so you can make up your own mind Essential: You must be able to deliver on time I don't care what country you are in but you must have a good command of the English language I really want this to be done using ZenCart as I know how to enter products with that platform and I may have existing ZenCart files You can use whatever add-ons you want but the website must cost $0 to run
