A few sites need to be done starting with Poker.

I have a few sites in the near future that I want done. I want somebody that will want to stick around for a bit if they do a good job and continue to work on other projects that I will want done. The "Test" site if you will, will be Poker based. It will be a place to hang out, give great information on Tournies and stratigies, and will be a place to put up links to other sites to make some PPC money off of. I would want the person to be able to make it look good, include certain scripts that I'd want done, make it user friendly, and have it ranked pretty good in search engines or what not. In addition to what I'll be paying you here, I will be giving the winning bidder 10% bonus income coming from sales that the site for a lifetime. Please only bid if you are DEAD serious about doing this and want to make some decent cash long after you've done the project.
