designer required

I want a designer who can work initially for nearly 3-4 hours a day and not more than 12-14 days in which some days he/she have nothing to do,he/she will have to do the work as I directed which includes the creations of mockup,flash headers etc... I am posting this project for initial basis if the selected candidate will work just according to my direction then I will hire that candidate on his/her hourly basis for next one year and all payments are released via RAC escrow system. I will prefer a candidate who can communicate with me on skype on regularly basis after project award and specially looking from Pakistan... Show your examples/mockups designs,flash animations to proof your skills.
