chat development

I'm looking for someone who can develop a chat for me that has similair features as: [login to view URL] , i.e. people can either log in anonymously or they can login with their profile. If they login with their profile their (main?) profile pic appears in their chat info and the pic is linked to their profile. As for profiles, I'm thinking about using Profile Manager Premium from [login to view URL] for that (although I'm open to any other suggestions). Chat and profiles would be on the same domain. Members should also be able to show one ore more external profiles in their chat info as well. There's no actual chatroom, chatters can only speak 1-on-1. The chatgirl chat is made in Flash, if the same thing can be achieved in another programming language then please let me know. The chat should also have admin control options and there should be a VIP login for commercial chatters and for those who still want to be able to login if the chatroom is 'full'. I'm looking forward to reading your suggestions. Please also tell me about points of attention that I haven't addressed (technical limits, etc.).
