Design logo and website for new company

We are a new company that need a "look", i.e. a logo and a nice website design. Our company is in the mobile entertainment business, but note we focus on B2B, not B2C. So what we need is: - a company logo - a basic layout and look for our website; all the pages will have the same layout, so you really need to make just one web page. We'll probably have no more than 10 pages on the site, so no drop down menus etc are needed. - we do the texts ourselves, but we need all the graphics from you. Here is an example of what kind of site we are talking about: [login to view URL] Technologies: - please follow XHTML 1.0 and CSS2 specs. Website should work on Firefox and IE. - no Javascript please - Flash can be used for illustration, but there should be no functionality in the flash (i.e. website is fully functional even without flash). gif/jpg/png images should be displayed when Flash is not supported. - you may use PHP and MySQL if you want/need.
