Design Custom messenger web side

I need a designer to design a IM Messenger web site that looks professional and nice colors and design Also i need a designer can design these icons listed here: 1- messenger icon for the program 2- cam (camera) icon will be used in the chat area 3- voice chat icon will be used in the chat area 4- add contact (buddy's) icon 5- sign out icon 6- chat icon 7- my cam icon 8- brows room icon 9- online buddy's 10 - offline buddy's 11- register new nickname icon 12- invite buddy icon to a room All icons must be the same color because it will be in the same messenger interface **_NOTE: Only Top Ranked Designer's Are Welcome_** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4- If i dont like the design the coder must change it untel i like the design or refund the money back to my card 5- Design deadline is 5 days ,and if coder cant finsh the work i can order to return the money back any time 6- icons and web site must be exslusive and will not be used or used before it in other program at all 7- coder must give me the psd files or source and waipe it from his computer so no one will use it agine ## Platform web site must be in arabic and english fonts
