I am a flash and web designer however, am extremely busy with company projects at the moment so need someone else to come up with and implement our site. This Advertising & I.T Company needs a website that is "a cut utilising Flash and HTML expertise. Flash intro needed as well. Brief Ideas are noted in attachment. Serious bidders only. I don't want to be waiting days for a response if I reply to your bid. Need a designer that can provide me with msn contact so that I can work with them on the design constantly. Search Engine Optimisation will be applied so meta tags and other factors need to be implemented. Anyone who can submit our site for us would be great as well, or who can refer us to a good but cost effective SEO. More instructions/design comments will be given.
