Custom Video Player

I need a Flash / ActionScript programmer who can work with a SQL database and build a custom, interactive, front-end video player. The database is already built and populated with approx. 460 videos. Essentially, I need a front-end flash player that could send queries to the SQL database and play videos from a remote server. The flash/actionscript work is a bit outside of my PHP programmer's scope, but he would be available to discuss the specific requirements and work with you as needed. I can supply all the logos and images, the rest is in your creative hands. My ultimate goal is to be able to have the user search for videos in the database based on specific criteria. Each time a selection of videos comes up, I'd like the user to be able to add that video to a custom playlist, either by double click or drag-and-drop. Once the user have their playlist created , they can "randomize" it with the click of a button, completely switching around the order. Additionally, they would then be able to view the videos seamlessly on the player, or click the "Export" button to export that playlist to its own randomly generated URL, similar to youtube, which the user can then attach as an email or view on a web-enabled phone or device. I'd also like to have an "embed" option on the player if possible. Lastly, I would like the option of adding notes to any created playlist. I have a grander vision for this project, so if things work out, we could talk about the next phase and additional projects.
