Create Pricing Guidelines Page For Our Site

Hi, we have a WordPress website and just need to add a "Pricing" page whether as a wordpress page or a separate .html page outside wordpress.

It is a laser hair clinic, so we have about 33 Body Parts and need a Pricing Table accordingly. See attached file for an example.

So just need for Someone to create a single Page that looks professional and pleasing to the eye. The header matching the website is a plus (but not necessary), you can just have a link to "Home" if worse case scenario.

Note: * We are thinking that for every body part listed, you can create a LightShadow box that pop-up so an image of that body part can be identified by a User. If you are planning to incorporate this as part of the WordPress page, then I already have the lightbox coding for that (very simple); just need for you to create an image of the body part).

Regarding the picture of a body part, we are thinking of using 1 or 2 pictures of a female or male body. Then simply make the body part "in color" and the rest in "black and white" so to accentuate the body part listed.

Please provide a PM on what exactly you can and cannot do with this project. If you are good with flash, then it's a much simpler process. We are open to any suggestions.

The end result. To showcase the Pricing Guidelines for each body part and for the body part to be identified in a Picture form so a client will know precisely what's being worked on.
