Computer Website Needed(repost)

Hello, I need a website template (just the template, no content) that mimics a windows xp operating system. The website will be a computer monitor that functions like a real operating system. I already have the monitor jpg to use. On the desktop will be folders that can be dragged around and when opened (double clicked), our web page will open. You should also be able to drag around the opened page, minimize it, and close it. I want a toolbar at the bottom of "desktop" with a working start menu that will pop up with our web links. When the web page is minimized on the desktop it should appear on the tool bar and can then be opened again by clicking. I want working internet lights on the bottom right of the toolbar with a real time digital clock. The monitor jpg has a display button...when clicked I would like it to function and the user to be able to change the brightness of the screen (just what is on the monitor) It would also be nice to have some sort of windows start up sequence when you first open the page. I paid someone $175 to do this but they "screwed" me over and took off with half of the payment. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
