Complete website + logo design

The project is for you to develop a brand new website, for a business I am looking to establish over the coming months. I require the website within the next 21days. The website must contain pages titled: Company Profile, benefits, F.A.Q, Contact Us, Locate Fuel, Quote + Buy. The Locate Fuel page must have functionality like [login to view URL] The quote and buy page must include full ecommerce solution and allow customers to get a quote for an LPG conversion. We do not have all the figures currently, so you allow for these to be added later.
