AS3 Cloudfront streaming video player

We have an existing website which allows registered members to upload videos to their own personal private locker, and view these on our bespoke streaming video player (picture attached). The video player is currently functional and has the following key functionality: - multi category playlist - streaming video from Amazon Cloudfront - frame advance and reverse - side-by-side viewing - paint function (ability to draw lines over the video) - full screen viewing The key deliverables from this project are: 1. full screen - create functionality so that video controls fade in/out on mouse move (similar to iTunes/Quicktime). 2. full screen - ensure that video and button resolutions are maximised and are crisp. 3. full screen - create functionality for the paint box to slide down into view on the click of a small button. 4. paint function - add a tool to allow the measurement of angles (eg. use the line tool to draw a wedge, calculating and showing the angle between the two lines). 5. paint function - add a tool to draw a hollow circle of user defined size and colour 6. video scrubber - enable functionality to scrub to a specific point in the video, updating the video screen as the scrubber moves (eg. onclick not just onrelease). These are a series of small jobs which we would not envisage to take long individually. This website has to date been setup by amateurs, and so there will be many more projects to do. Success in this project will lead to further work. Milestone payments will be made on completion of deliverables 1 to 3.
