Clone of website functionality

Hi, I am looking for someone to clone the FUNCTIONALITY of the site [login to view URL] The site should have the same functions, but be presented slightly differently so that it looks a little different from the site that has been cloned. If you have flash and graphics expertise, those skils will help you win this bid. This needs to be programmed in PHP with the database as mySQL.
