Clan Layout

I need a layout for my clan. It needs to be sliced and coded. I need the format to be like <[login to view URL]> . But the finishing product should be like this website: Splash (flash intro movie) and the ability to pick low bandwith (just HTML) and high Bandwith (html with a flash banner). Banner: I need a plain banner and a banner with flash (will get into more detail with winning coder). Below the banner i need a scroller with date on the right side (reffer to [login to view URL]) ***Left Side:*** **Navigation** (links: Home, History, Roster, Forums, Leagues Stats, Screenshots , Server, Files, Links ) **Roster:** This will hold 16-30 members so the layout will need to expand and not get break up if the roster gets big. **Statistics:** This box will contain the #users viewing site, #hits and date site was opened. ***Right Side: *Clan Info:** Will contain same content as [login to view URL] **Schedule**: This will list the matches we will have make the box same size as clan info but make sure its expandable without wrecking the layout. **Members Only**: Username and Password with enter button. ***Middle section:*** there will be a news program make sure it has a scroller . Theme: I want a dark Backround and with some nice effects like on gamer sites with wirez and special effects: ( <[login to view URL]> ) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
