The basic idea is that we have photos of different celebrities in different poses (sitting down, standing with drink, standing with their trade mark object, etc) that users can add to their own photos.
User uploads photo to our site, it gets put into the editor window, then they select the celeb they want in the position they want and place them on the photo themselves (perhaps changing the angle or size to fit) and then they pay a minimal charge to download the photo to their machine, or emailed to them.
I think we'd have to have a cartoon (vector image) of the different celebs in different poses to ensure that people don't screenshot their way to freebies and the like, but we would provide the photos and vector images.
The timeline for this at the moment is we'd like the functionality of it up running and tested by the summer ,we'll take the photos during the summer and ready to roll out by autumn/fall. I would want the technical side of it to be done as quickly as possible to get on with testing and ensuring that it all works well together...

I need the functionality of this to fit into a joomla website, I use Joomla for most of my sites but I obviously don't know how to do this functionality.
