CSS, Flash, Graphics and Webpage Design(repost)

Design a professional excellent looking CSS or Web Page Template for one single page, it is a login page. Also design a good looking Flash banner (just 2 rotations) that is not slow. I will provide the pictures to be used in the flash banner. The CSS should include a login panel. I have already designed the page myself without Flash. I want an expert to take the page and make it look really good and really professional. I want professionals only that can turn a single webpage into something that looks 110% professional using an excellent template, login box and flash banner. I only want coders with at least 3 ratings and at least 8.5 average rating. Thanks.
