Amazon Application

I am looking for a competent coder to build me a desktop and web application which will monitor Amazon products. For example; Say someone wants to purchase the new Nintendo Wii game and they are having trouble finding the game because it’s out of stock due to very high demand. What I want is a piece of software which will automatically check Amazon for the item and when the item comes in stock notify the user. Basically I would like the software to work like [login to view URL] so if you head over to the site you will see how I want the application to work. I would also need a small web2.0 style website built where customers can download the desktop application or can use the web based version of the software.
