Add video to a site

I have a site called [login to view URL] where people can upload a family related ad for e.g a birth, wedding annonuncement, engagement, death, congratulations etc. Currently I can only upload jpg's. I now want to add the possiblity to upload video. In the graphics attached you see the two main pages. Upload and Display. I have circled the input type=file where I browse for the image. This is how I want it to work: 1. If I browse a video format the site shall recognize that it is video. 2. When I click "upload file" it shall show a flash progress bar displaying time for upload and conversion. 3. After conversion is completed, the thumb nail of the video shall be displayed in the area just like an image. 4. I shall be able to add "photographer" and "description" just like for image 5. On the main page I shall see that it is a video by some kind of "play" icon. This arrow shall be visible on the thumb nails as well, but when I click on the thumb nail I am taken to the page where I view video in full screen. 6. I shall be able to view video in edit mode and in main page. This is what I find imortant: A. simplicity B. Clean design C. fast upload and conversion Anyone who can show what tool they will use, and hopefully, that you have previously implemented is a plus. /Peder
