C# hourly work (with MySQL database)

I have a small software company in the Netherlands, specialised in administrative software. I have several generic projects and quite a few custom projects. All projects are in c#, most of them use MySql as the database, some of them use an Access database. Of course a myriad of other techniques is being used, for instance the medical application enables the patient to make appointments from a PHP/CSS web interface (using the same database as the docter uses with a desktop UI). According to client wishes the projects are constantly further developed, and I want to speed up developement time by hiring another person. If cooperation is good this can be a long lasting agreement. The first assignment will be to set up Subversion on my own internet server. I have Subversion running within my office but that will no longer work in this setup. A good experience with C# is necessary, sql is mandatory, MySql is prefered but most of all the ability and willingness to master additional techniques both within and outside of C# is required.
