A couple simple projects

I've got a few websites that I need created. They are basically just a couple pages with scripts that already exist. I need a site created like this: [login to view URL] I would like a column on the left where I will place ads, a column on the right where I will place ads, and the area in the middle that will have the links like on slackernetwork.com. There should be a submit button on the top just like on [login to view URL] where they can click to submit and the fields should work exactly the same. Once submitted it should automatically be placed on the top of the list. There should only be 100 links per page. On the bottom it should say "Next" which will take you to the next page of links. On the next page, the bottom should say "Previous" which takes them to the page before and "Next" which takes them to the next page. Please download the attached zip for the rest of the description. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
