automate posting reports to website

We currently have a script that generates a hourly report from a MS SQL database. The report is then automatically emailed to a distribution list. What I would like to do instead of emailing the report is to have the script automatically post the report to an in-house webserver. Each hourly report needs to overwrite the previous report on the webserver. User access should be password protected. This would be an interim step - what I ultimately want is to be able to query the SQL database through a web interface with various levels of permissions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
