Direct URL Uploader for Video Sharing Site

I am using Video Sharing script called clip bucket, which is open source script available at [login to view URL], it feature same like youtube to upload and share videos. Now it upload from local Drive, i need addon that can also fetch videos from URL for example [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], mean we can insert direct URL video path and it will upload from that source.
