Digg Clone/Pligg Templatte

Our website is for users to add simple information and other users to comment and vote. Like digg, but simplier. We'll give you the graphics of exactly how we want the main page and all category pages to look. You'll use pligg or similar to build our website, so you will basically be changing all the css and associated files. We have hosting, name everything, just need the site built. We prefer someone who has already customised pligg for others, but anyone can bid. You must be relaible, efficient and contactable 24/7 Will pay for someone to build to our spec and need you to commit to maintenance and changes if desired. Need you to start right away and have this built in 7-14 days. The site doesn't have to be built on pligg if you have something better.
