***This project is for a one-on-one consultation meeting in an RAC chatroom or? via telephone? with qualified programmers to discuss details of the project as a whole to determine an interested programmers grasp and interest in the subsequent minor projects that will be posted in private bidding enviroment on RAC. Please provide a time on March 15th that you will be available to meet.*** Hello. My name is Chel Ramsey and I work for Colonnelli Entertainment, LLC (Company).? The Company is currently developing an online Text Based game using a Java codebase. These games are often referred to as MUD's. We have a working codebase at this time that needs additional features, re-writes, and changes. This programmer must be willing to provide daily change logs, perform detailed commenting in code, attend daily 'stay in touch' meetings with the project designer (that would be me) to ensure correct project direction, and meet deadlines. This project is operating? in a severe crunch time environment. The programmer that accepts this position will need to function well under preasure and tight deadlines. They will need to be able to estimate dates for porjects, and release them on time. Since this is? a multi-phase long term project, we would set up RAC situations for each outlined project section for which funds would be escrowed to the account and paid upon completion of the outlined project. The project must meet specifications and be completed on time for full release of the funds. This initial consultation will help us develop our? qualified group of programmers.? From this pool we will take the most qualified individuals and post private project bids to them. Because of the complexity and dependency of each project on another, we want to work with the same group of programmers long term. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
