Design and prototype a voltage source

I need someone to design and build a voltage source. Ideally the ouput voltage must be tuneable from 100 to 1000 volts. The current and power aren't important and low current and power are preferable. The output must produce an alternating current sine wave tuneable from 150 kHz to 300 kHz. If that is too difficult a fixed voltage/frequency is possible, contact me with any ideas. The project will include the design and the production of a working prototype so make sure you you bid for that as well. This project is important and must be completed by November 20th, so please don't bid unless you're sure you can complete it. Feel free to ask me any questions or any suggestions you have. Good luck ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
