WHAT WE'RE DOING We are launching a very unique new dating website. It will be designed and made with the following open source software ( HTML, PhP, MySQL). WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE Here a list of some of the things we need to have done. 1) The front end pages need to be completed. 2) The MYSQL database needs to be created and linked to the front end. 3) Additional software modules need to be created and tested - they are A) Paypal payment module, B) Master Site Administration Module C) Search Engine Module D) Individual User Account Module / Page E) User Messaging / Mailing module F) User Photo Uploading / Editing software module. G) Accounting Module. You'll also be creating some additional proprietary modules and code. NO TEMPLATES / PREPACKAGED DATING SOFTWARE Because this project is a very unique dating site you won't be able to use any existing prepackaged dating site templates DETAILED PLANS The selected bidder will be provided with detailed plans explaining what needs to be done and how it should function. Plans will be provided after a non disclosure agreement has been signed by the winning bidder. NEEDED SKILLS Anyone bidding on this project must be an expert in HTML, PHP and MYSQL. NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT The bidder we decide to proceed with will need to sign a non disclosure agreement LANGUAGES / COMMUNICATION All qualified bidders must be fluent in english and be very accessible to the buyer for constant project updates / communications / edits / amendments SUBSEQUENT PROJECTS If the work done on this project by the winning bidder is done extremely quickly and to a very high technical and aesthetic standard than there is a possibility that the bidder will be used for a series of ongoing projects the buyer has in development SCHEDULE We'd like to see a completed beta of this project within 30 days. The beta with then be tested ( and the database populated) for another 30 days. After this 60 days is completed the bidder will fix or repair and final problems / issues and then the project will be complete. This timeline is flexible and subject to negotiation. Special preference will be given to bidders who can complete the project more quickly than the stated goal of 60 days.
