Database driven website for county government agency

**Speed is of the essence in this project due to delays in a previous attempt to complete it. The deadline to have something working to show is 11/27.** This design is for a web site for an economic development agency for a county government. It consists of set of static web pages based on certain graphic design elements and images to be provided by the buyer. The web site will also require basic Google Maps integration in which property boundaries stored in a database can be displayed as an overlay on a Google Map. The buyer will provide all text content and photos for the static web pages. The second portion of the website is an application management system that utilizes data in a database, a set of standardized layout templates, and a set of standardized stylesheets to manage “virtual?? web sites. These web sites to not exist in separate form but are the result of applying a selected layout template with a selected stylesheet with customer data to render simple single-page to several page “web sites?? on the fly. In addition to the templates, stylesheets, and customer site data storage, some common application components will allow shared functionality between sites using a single codebase. These “mini-sites?? will produce what appears to be a custom website for many different members of the organization based on data stored in tables as described above. The database driven portion of the site will also allow users to search for property listings from a database. A shared events calendar will be available throughout the application and will provide different event data depending on where in the site it is displayed. This calendar will be data driven. Data access will be provided utilizing ASP [login to view URL] data objects or ColdFusion MX CFQuery tags. Data will be stored in normalized tables in a Microsoft SQL Server database. ## Deliverables Complete, working website that meets the specifications detailed in the attached document.
