A databse query and 2 reports: 1) The Query to determine frequency of each set of numbers with the databse. The query can be based on time period (start date ? end date) and based on a particular number in a certain time period Note:Frequency calculation would include any combination of digits for example for 123 the other combination like 231, 321 would also be counted Report 1) Frequency within a time period - results Color coded as follows based on the frequency ? Green (1), Red (2), Blue (3), Purple (4) and Yellow (5+). Report 2) report which tells me how many times each of the three types of combinations is produced. The types are: 123(combinations with no repeat digits); 122 (combinations with one repeat digit); 111 (combinations with 1 single repeated digit). That is if request a report for 123 it should give me a report I will provide the actual format of the report later ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
