MySQL Database required to tack customer contacts. User will log on to database over Internet. After entering password, user will be presented with 2 options: 1) CONTACTS, this section will list each contact by name, company, and last time contacted. The user will be able to click on customer name and see further data including telephone, mobile, fax, address. Also a section including notes written about customer. User must also be able to enter date customer was contacted and also enter date for next contact. 2) STATUS, this section will list all customers by name, company and date to be contacted for the current day or week. There should be a print button to allow status to be printed. Clicking on a customer name will take you in to that customer record. Please also allow option to add addtional sections such as sales record for later inclusion.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Buyer must easily be able to duplicate program and install on multiple machines.
## Platform
Database to be done in MySQL / PHP for use on linux/apache OS. Database to be accessed over web using standard Browsers from any WinX machine.
