Custom user groups in Mambo site

Hello coders, We need a custom development for a mambo site. Basically, we need to extend the user groups functionality. Mambo has only 4 groups of users: Registered, Author, Editor and Publisher, and this user groups are role based; this means, as far as we understand, that those roles are used only to grant permissions for editing and/or add content to the site among others. Content-wise there are just 2 user groups: the public user and the registered users, whom can or cannot access the content depending if they are logged in or not. What we need, is to extend the content-wise levels to up 8 groups, in such way that the contents are related only to those in every group. For an example, please take a look to the attached document. This should be easy to solve with php, but we need to have this in a mambo site as I mentioned at the beginning, including all the permission controls, for example, if I try to access directly from the browser to "[login to view URL]" and I don't belong to the userGroup 2 (who is the only group allowed to visit [login to view URL]), then I should get an "access denied" message. We need to have a basic user and group administration management (create, add, delete and modify users and groups), We say basic because we don't need fancy options like password expiration or locking accounts. We prefer to have as a deliverable a full mambo module to be installed and integrated to the back end, but if you have a better idea feel free to propose it. IMPORTANT: Bids with "I can do it" as text WON´T be considered. Please state your expertise programming in PHP and Mambo, if possible show previous work developing mambo modules and or similars and also please include how much time you need to finish this requeriment, because we set 7 days to finish, but we can be flexibe with the delivery date. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
