We need a customized online shop (could be OS Commerce)
To handle re-orders of products by customers of a Printer. There is also a main headquarters of all facilities (customers). The customers are sub-divisions of a main company. The main company needs to have an online area to view the order history of each sub-division(customer)

**Online Form Product Ordering**
This could be a modified OS Commerce shop. E-Commerce script is left up to the coders choice. If OS Commerce is selected to use, we can install it.
This site is for customers (facilities) to reorder forms (products).
There will need to be several customers. Each customer will have the same selection of products to order. Each customer will need to have a separate login and separate order history. Only admin can add customers. Customers can not be added themselves. Customers will have to login to view and order products. No payments will need to be accepted.
We need 3 separate access areas:
**1. Customer**
- can order products
- user area shows history of previous orders
- orders show date shipped and tracking number
**2 ??" Fulfillment center**
- receives email of orders placed
- updates status of order
- enters tracking number
- view order history
- can send invoices to admin
**3- Admin**
- can view all facilities
- can modify/add/delete facility login
- can view all order history by facility
- receive invoices created by fulfillment center
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
