Cron Script To Send X Files From One Server To Another

I have 2 dedicated servers. 1 server contains a folder of 8,000 data files which are used on my main site. New data files are created all the time as new content is added to my main website by its users.

I would like to create a backup of these .data files on my second server and this should be done automatically via cron. Every 2 hours the cron script will be run and it should:

1) transfer X .data files from server 1 to server 2

2) only transfer files which are not already on server 2

3) delete from server 2 any file which is no longer on server 1

This is a small script and anyone with familiarity of php's native ftp functions should be able to create in quickly. I therefore request fair bidding suggestions and completion within an absolute maximum of 48 hours.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
