Attached: 3 Tif Files... 57 page, 32 page and 7 page TIF file, and word documents about project. 2 databeses one for clients and one for brokers. These databese need to be linked with each other because sometimes the brokers need to check up on the status of a clients or the client need to check broker's info, etc. However some of the information need to be hidden. Also when a broker e-faxes or e-mails me the credit report for the client, i need to manually store the report in the database and the credit report need to be formated, so when i have to do the work for the client i can copy/paste any type of information from the credit report to microsoft, So you know thre are at least 50 different types of credit reports out there. ANd they all have to be formated to my needs. I need communication within our website between the company clients and brokers, maybe live chat. I need a securitty encryption for the information. I will be accepting debit and credit cards Eventually I will be advertising on line and buying sapce on search engines In the databese for clients I need a field for at least 20 different letters to repair credit. So when I'm going to the work for the client I open client's file then I click on type letter, I pick the letter, the letter apperars already filled in with client's name, address, SS#, and a date, then I can copy/paste the account #'s from credit reports. etc. We don't need this right away. Also I need you create this website in a way that if I ever need to change a name of the company and move around some of the fields, we can do this quickly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
